Crepes (France)

Crepes are quick and simple to make: Whisk a cup of flour and two eggs. Gradually stir in half a cup of milk and half a cup of water, mix into a smooth batter.

Melt a knob of butter in a pan and pour in a quarter of a cup of batter for each crepe. Cook for two minutes on each side. Turn over with a spatula or flip if you dare! Serve with the filling of your choice - we like banana and chocolate sauce.
